Readers are invited to submit questions, which will be referred to a consultant for an answer. The problems should not be highly specialized or unusual, nor should they be mundane. Questions are answered briefly, largely on the basis of judgment and personal experience of the consultant, although selected references may be cited to substantiate the consultant's advice.
