Weight-based administration of dalteparin in obese patients

On page 685, the last sentence of the first paragraph of the Results section should read as follows: ``Overall, 11 patients received dalteparin as a twice-daily regimen (mean daily dose, 202.8 units/kg; range, 196-240 units/kg) and 10 received a once-daily regimen (mean daily dose, 196.5 units/kg; range, 170-215 units/kg).'' In Figure 1 on the same page, the data point at dalteparin 170 units/kg/day should be at 202 units/kg/day (with the same anti-Xa activity).
