Two cases of rhab domyolysis associated with high-dose simvastatin

On page 579, the first sentence of the Discussion should read, ``The renal consultation recommended stopping the patient's fexofenadine, temazepam, simvastatin, and nefazodone because all of these agents belong to therapeutic classes that have been associated with rhabdomyolysis.''
