Institutional subscription authorizes use of AJHP content at a localized site. A "site" is an organizational unit, and may be academic or nonacademic. This subscription allows access for multiple users via IP address set up. Pricing is determined using a tiered structure.
The focus of AJHP's editorial content is on comprehensive reviews of drugs and diseases; advanced medication-use systems; studies on effective approaches to enhancing the quality and safety of patient care; evidence to support pharmacists' roles as care providers; technology integration into healthcare delivery; proceedings of visionary consensus conferences; discussions of professional and ethical imperatives in pharmacy practice; ASHP professional standards; and editorials. AJHP also publishes regular columns that are targeted to chief pharmacy officers, pharmacist informatics specialists, new practitioners, and students.
For institutional subscriptions, a librarian or account administrator must be appointed to manage the institution's access to AJHP Online. Once your organization purchases an institutional subscription to AJHP, access will be granted through the use of IP addresses and controlled by the account administrator at your institution.
Librarians or institutional account administrators can purchase a subscription or make customer service inquiries by contacting Chris A. Jezowski at 1- 301-664-8718 or by emailing CJezowski@ashp.org.
